Although this article was titled Jumpsend vs Feedbackwhiz, there wasn’t much comparison between the two, right?

“Hmmm you’re right, what gives?”

Well, although they’re both Amazon tools, Jumpsend and Feedbackwhiz are very different.  

Jumpsend is mainly a promotion and launching service, while Feedbackwhiz is an analytics and account monitoring service.

The only real thing they have in common is their ability to send emails to customers based on their real-time actions.

But even here, there’s a huge difference.

Jumpsend’s emails are geared towards the initial launch of your product, while Feedbackwhiz’s emails are geared towards the day-to-day management of your Seller Central account.

A comparison between the two is comparing apples to oranges.

While I’m a fan of both apples and oranges, comparing the two isn’t fair – Jumpsend and Feedbackwhiz have their own unique use cases.
