About Me
I am going to be a Junior in the College of Business at Ohio University, going for a major in Marketing and a minor in Film. I believe I am a strong candidate for the following reasons:
Team Leadership and Communication Skills-I have been able to develop strong teamwork and communication skills through various school projects and work experience. For example, I worked collaboratively with 3 other team members on 2 projects focused on the Entertainment Industry. The experience required being able to work efficiently in a team environment and effectively utilize time management.
Strong Social Media Knowledge-I currently hold a Social Media/PR Marketing leadership position in my fraternity and have learned a great deal so far. I work with multiple Social Media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to spread -overall awareness regarding events, community service, fundraisers, etc. I have also increased my digital knowledge by completing several HubSpot certifications (Social Media Marketing and Digital Advertising).
Passion for the Digital/Social Media Marketing Industry-I am so fascinated and eager to learn more about this fast-growing industries along with putting my skills to the test in terms of expressing my true passions. I am very new to this field, but I am excited to learn as much as I can and expand my overall knowledge. There is nothing that you can throw at me that I will not give 110% effort to, I truly cannot wait to get started.
